Max de Groen is a Partner at Bain Capital since 2010, specializing in leading the global investment team focused on technology. With extensive experience in various investments such as EDB, ExtraHop, and Nutanix, Max also serves on the Board of Directors for several companies, including EDB, ExtraHop, and Nutanix, where Max chairs the Compensation Committee and is a member of the Audit Committee. Previously, Max has held roles including Board Observer at BMC Software and Investor at Blue Coat Systems. Prior to joining Bain Capital, Max worked as an Associate at The Boston Consulting Group. Max holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BBA in Finance and Marketing from the University of Minnesota.
