Tooba Awan is an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner currently employed at Enterprise64 since December 2022, where responsibilities include managing the complete recruitment process, collaborating with hiring managers, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new hires. Previously, Tooba served as a Talent Acquisition Officer at ibex. Pakistan, driving mass hiring for over 200 requisitions monthly and recruiting for various organizational campaigns. Tooba has also held roles as a Talent Acquisition Intern, where skills in screening and managing high volumes of candidates were developed, and as an ISR at BreakThru, focusing on customer service. entrepreneurial experience includes founding Chocolate Mess, overseeing recruitment and management strategies, and serving as a Human Resources Coordinator at White House Grammar School, providing HR support to staff. Tooba is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Human Resources Management at Iqra University, building upon a Bachelor of Business Administration earned at the same institution.
