In 2001, Sandeep joined Enterprise System Solutions Pvt. Ltd. as the Director. Sandeep has been with the company for over 15 years and has played a vital role in its growth and success.

Sandeep Upadhyaya has a post graduate diploma in business management from XLRI Jamshedpur, with a focus in marketing and finance. Sandeep also has a BSc. in engineering from National Institute of Technology Jamshedpur.
