Phyllis Ong

Phyllis Ong is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in leadership and innovation across various sectors. Currently serving as a Board Member at Enterprise Singapore and a Council Member for the Singapore Manufacturing Federation, Phyllis has been the Chief Executive Officer of Armstrong Asia since June 2010, a leading provider of specialty foam and elastomer solutions. Additionally, Phyllis is the Founder and Deputy Chief Executive Officer of CORI Innolab, which specializes in skin health and natural healing through advanced biotechnologies, and the Founder of Whole Earth Plant-Based Restaurant, Singapore's first Michelin-awarded plant-based restaurant since 2016. Previous roles include Regional Marketing Manager at Johnson & Johnson and Group Brand Manager at Beiersdorf. Phyllis holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business/Managerial Economics from the University of Leicester and participated in the ESG scaleup program at Stanford University.
