Birgit Vilippus has extensive experience in procurement, having held positions at leading organizations in Estonia since 2003. Currently serving as the Procurement Unit Sectoral Manager at Enterprise Estonia since August 2011, Birgit previously worked as a Procurement Specialist at Sihtasutus Innove and the Estonian Ministry of Finance, as well as in the Ministry of Environment of Estonia. Academic credentials include a Master's degree in Strategic Management and a Bachelor's degree in Law, both obtained from the University of Tartu.
