Stacie Birenbach is the Vice President of Real Estate Development at Enterprise Community Development and has a distinguished background in housing and community development. They served as a Project Manager at the DC Department of Housing and Community Development from 2008 to 2012, where they underwrote local government investments in affordable housing. Previously, Stacie held roles as a Senior Program Officer at the Local Initiatives Support Corporation and a Senior Real Estate Development Officer at the Community Preservation and Development Corporation, focusing on multifamily housing development. Additionally, they were an Associate at J.C. Geever, Inc., coordinating fundraising activities for non-profit clients. Stacie is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Public Administration at Columbia University and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish and International Studies from Emory University.
