Scott Barrios is an experienced professional specializing in regulatory affairs and electric mobility, currently serving as the Manager of Regulatory Affairs for Entergy Texas since January 2019. In this role, Scott leads the Electric Mobility Portfolio, focusing on customer-centric solutions such as Entergy Fleet Solutions and Public Charging Solutions. Prior to this, Scott worked as the Business Development Manager at KeyString Labs, the innovation hub for Entergy, fostering unconventional solutions for customer improvement. Additionally, Scott has significant experience in operations and strategy consulting with the U.S. Marine Corps Forces Special Operations Command and has held various leadership roles in project management and organizational governance, including serving as President of the Board of Directors for Louisiana Clean Fuels. Scott holds a Master of Science in Strategic Intelligence from the National Intelligence University and various certificates from Cornell University, alongside a Bachelor of Science in Liberal Arts/Psychology from Excelsior University.
