Rachel Daigle is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership roles within various organizations. Currently serving as Vice President of Shared Services at Entergy since July 2018, Rachel has previously held significant positions in HR operations and shared services within the same company. Prior to Entergy, Rachel was with Crescent Bank & Trust, where roles included VP of Business Systems Analysis and VP of IT Operations. Additional experience includes managing directorships in customer relationship management and HR shared services at Amedisys, serving as a Senior IT Advisor at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Louisiana, and directing customer support at Equifax. Rachel's career began at Louisiana State University, where Rachel served as Customer Support Manager from 1997 to 2004. Rachel holds a Master's degree in Business and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, both from Louisiana State University.
