Mercedes Anderson has extensive experience in information technology, currently serving as an Information Technology Business Analyst at Entergy since November 2017, following roles as a Senior IT Specialist and IT Specialist II. Prior to Entergy, Mercedes worked as a System Administrator II at Arkansas Electric Cooperative Corporation, where responsibilities included overseeing and maintaining PCI products such as GenManager and GenPortal. Additionally, Mercedes has served as a Soprano Staff Singer at Christ Episcopal Church since November 2011 and held a position as a Sales Associate at Old Navy from October 2011 to February 2015. Mercedes holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business with a focus on Management of Information Systems from the University of Central Arkansas, earned between 2010 and 2014.
