Leo Denault is an experienced executive with a substantial background in finance and leadership. Currently, Denault serves as Director at HII and as Senior Strategic Advisor at ArcLight Capital Partners. Previously, Denault spent a significant tenure at Entergy from February 2004 to the present, holding multiple key positions including Executive Chair, Chairman and CEO, and Executive Vice President and CFO. Denault also held the position of Vice President, Corporate Development at Cinergy (now Duke Energy) from October 1982 to February 1999. Denault's educational background includes an MBA in Finance from the Indiana University - Kelley School of Business and a BS in Accounting/Economics from Ball State University - Miller College of Business.
