Chad Kratochwill possesses extensive experience in contract management, project management, and operations across various industries, including their current role as Chief Executive Officer at Edison Locke Partners, LLC. Since July 2013, Chad has held multiple positions at Entegris, where responsibilities have included leading a global team in contract management, spearheading procurement negotiations, driving strategic initiatives, and executing a significant number of contractual arrangements. Chad has demonstrated expertise in negotiation and relationship building, achieving notable cost savings and revenue growth. An accomplished leader, Chad has also developed risk analysis tools and compliance processes to enhance operational efficiency. Academically, Chad is pursuing a Doctor of Law degree at Mitchell Hamline School of Law, building on a foundation of advanced degrees in business and bioengineering.
