Nicole Williams, CCSM, currently serves as a Customer Success Manager at Entegral since August 2020, where responsibilities include partnering with business stakeholders, driving customer engagement through CRM and account management, and providing expert consultation to enhance customer experiences. Prior experience at Enterprise Holdings encompasses multiple roles, including Human Resources Generalist and Branch Rental Manager, from August 2013 to April 2020. Nicole's leadership skills were further developed as Vice-President of the Programs and Activities Council at the University of Cincinnati, where engagement with corporate agents and event planning for large student audiences was key. A background as a Program Coordinator with Girl Scouts of the USA involved mentoring and teaching in inner-city schools. Nicole holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the University of Cincinnati, obtained in 2012.
