Tim Kratz has extensive experience in sales and business development in the foodservice industry. Tim currently holds the position of Director of Business Development at Entegra, where they are responsible for selling new purchasing programs to enterprise-level restaurants in the US and developing supply chain programs tailored to their specific needs. Prior to this, Tim served as the Regional Sales Manager and Commercial Sales Manager at Gordon Food Service, where they achieved sales and profit margin goals, developed key performance indicators, and provided direction to sales managers and customer development specialists. Tim also worked as a Customer Development Specialist, managing business relationships, driving customer growth and profitability, and providing consultative services to clients. Prior to joining Gordon Food Service, Tim served as the Regional Sales Manager and National Account Manager at Commercial Dehydrator Systems, overseeing sales and marketing functions for the Southeast US and Caribbean Islands.

Tim Kratz has a background in business administration and management, with a focus on general studies. Tim completed their education at Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, and Rochester High School. Additionally, they pursued applied science at Lincoln Land Community College. Tim has also obtained various certifications, including the Servant Leadership Program from JD Hunter Associates in 2013, and Situational Leadership 1 & 2 as well as Build/Maintaining High-Performance Work Teams from The Ken Blanchard Companies in 2012 and 2011, respectively.
