Jon DeFiore has a wide range of experience in benefits management and human resources. At ENT and Allergy Associates, Jon serves as the Assistant Director of Benefits leading a team in developing and maintaining benefit offerings across multiple practice sites. Prior to this role, Jon worked at Summit Health where Jon served as a Human Resources Benefits Manager overseeing health, wellness, ancillary, and retirement benefits for a large workforce. With a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, Jon has a strong background in benefits administration, retirement plans, compliance functions, and employee engagement.
