Currently serving as a Technical Advisor at Ensono since June 2023, Sushant previously held roles as an Information Architect focusing on Performance and Capacity Management at Kyndryl and IBM. Sushant's career includes positions as a Database Architect at Jackson National Life and Wells Fargo, as well as a Database Consultant for the State of California’s DHCS. With a Master's degree in Information Technology from Shobhit University and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from the Institute of Engineers (India), Sushant also has a strong foundation in database performance tuning and management, showcasing a diverse background across various prominent companies in the technology and financial sectors.
