Kirstie McGlashan is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in employee relations, payroll management, and onboarding processes. Currently serving as an HR Business Partner at Ensono since September 2017, Kirstie has held various roles including Senior Culture & People Experience Support Specialist, where responsibilities included managing employee relations queries, overseeing a monthly payroll process for 350 employees, and conducting exit interviews to analyze trends.
