Adam Willits has a diverse work experience. Adam began their career as a Speciality Sales Representative at Eli Lilly and Company, where they promoted various medications and achieved a top 5% peer sales ranking. Adam then transitioned to Ensign Services, where they held several executive roles. These included being the President of Operations for 79 Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Centers, the Executive Director of Park View Post Acute, and the Executive Director of Summerfield Healthcare. Adam also served as the Executive Director and licensed administrator of Cloverdale Healthcare Center. Throughout their various roles, Adam received several accolades, including CMS 5 Star Ratings and winning the Ensign Flag.

Adam Willits completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing from the University of Utah, attending from 2006 to 2008. Adam later pursued a Master's degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management at the University of Southern California, studying from 2013 to 2015.
