Karen Cussen, PHR, currently serves as the Corporate Director of Human Resources at Ensemble Real Estate Investments, a position held since March 2020, where support is provided to both corporate and hospitality employees. Prior to this role, Karen accumulated extensive experience in human resources across prominent Hyatt and Hilton properties, including serving as Area Director of Human Resources at Hyatt Regency Long Beach and various HR leadership positions at Hyatt Westlake Plaza, Hyatt Regency Phoenix, and Hilton Long Beach. Karen's career in the hospitality industry initially began in operations within the Rooms Division, encompassing roles in Front Office and Reservations before transitioning to human resources.
