Tonia Wood, CRCR, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in revenue optimization and recovery within the healthcare sector. Currently serving as Senior Director of Operations at Ensemble Health Partners since October 2017, Tonia has held multiple roles within the organization, including Director of Operations and Manager of Revenue Recovery Education. Prior to Ensemble Health Partners, Tonia worked at Bolder Healthcare Solutions as Team Lead for Case Manager/Attorney & Lien Services and at Next Recovery Source - Inspirion as a Revenue Recovery Specialist. Earlier career highlights include serving as Director of Marketing at Med-Track and advancing from Auditor to Senior Manager at Health Check Inc.
