Holly Standridge has worked in the insurance industry since 2017. In that year, they began as a Sales Development Representative at Aliera Companies, where they created in-person and web-based sales training programs resulting in $10M in additional revenue. Holly was then promoted to Key Account Manager at Aliera Companies and identified and cultivated partnerships and directed carriers and over 25 national accounts and brokerages. Holly also worked as a Regional Account Manager at Mid America Specialty Services, managing major corporate accounts and selling maintenance and refinishing services contributing to $500K+ in sales. In 2018, Standridge moved to Ensurian as a Sales and Development Project Manager, where they developed, tested, and launched executive level projects, driving $50M+ in annualized company earning growth. Most recently, Standridge is a Client Engagement Manager at Enrollment123, where they work with E123 Client Engagement, Sales, Operations and other teams to identify, or execute on already identified, opportunities to support client growth through optimization of their products, agents, sales and marketing practices, pricing, technology, data/reporting and the like.

Holly Standridge holds a Bachelor's degree in Integrative Studies from Kennesaw State University, which is a combination of business, marketing, and leadership.
