Michael Rose has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Michael started their career in 2011 as an Account Manager at POCKETvouchers, where they managed key accounts and supported a transaction processing network. In 2013, they worked as a Deckhand and Scuba Diving Instructor on the super yacht M/Y Chopi Chopi, maintaining a high standard and interacting with high-end clientele. From 2014 to 2015, they served as a Senior Deckhand and Watersport Coordinator on the M/Y Belongers, coordinating a deck team and meeting client demands. In 2015, they worked as a Sales and Marketing Coordinator at KDzine Ltd, focusing on web design, sales strategies, and analytics. From 2016 to 2017, they were a Guru at Shopify, providing customer support. In 2017, they founded Batched Cocktails at Batched Group Limited and served as the Product Manager at Enroller. Michael also worked as a Freelance Web Designer at Mose Web Studio. From 2018 to 2020, they were the Manager of Customer Success at Enroller and a Customer Success Expert at Fergus Software. Throughout their career, Michael has demonstrated versatility and achieved success in various roles.

Michael Rose attended the University of Otago from 2007 to 2010, where they obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree. During their time there, they double majored in Marketing and Tourism. Following their graduation from the University of Otago, Michael pursued further education at the Academy of Diving Trust NZ from 2010 to 2011. Michael successfully completed a Diploma in Professional Scuba Instruction, specializing as a PADI Open Water Scuba Instructor.
