Rob Weir is a seasoned compliance and testing engineer with extensive experience in electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) and wireless certification. Currently, Rob serves as a Compliance Engineer at Enphase Energy since January 2025. Prior to this role, Rob was the Lead EMC Test Engineer at Tritium from April 2021 to December 2024, and before that, Rob led the EMC team at Austest Laboratories from July 2018 to April 2021. Rob's career includes significant positions at EMC Technologies, where Rob held roles as Wireless Certification Manager and Senior EMC Test Engineer from March 2007 to July 2018. Additionally, Rob gained valuable experience as a Senior Test Engineer at Parksidelabs in New Zealand from 1998 to 2007 and as a Test Engineer at Eaton from 2002 to 2003. Rob's academic background includes education from the University of Canterbury.
