Jihed Taleb is a Technical Support Engineer at Enphase Energy since August 2022, specializing in electrical troubleshooting for solar and storage systems, documenting field issues, and collaborating with engineering to resolve them. Previous experience includes serving as a Logistics and Quality Manager at Peugeot, where Jihed managed daily performance, verified incoming and outgoing flows, and negotiated pricing conditions. An earlier role at SFBT focused on optimizing energy consumption in an agro-food factory, applying the DMAIC approach to reduce electricity losses. Additional technical internships at STEG and RNTA provided foundational knowledge in wind turbine operations and programmable logic controllers. Jihed holds a Master's degree in Healthy and Sustainable Buildings from Deggendorf Institute of Technology, a Bachelor's degree in Energy Management from ENSTAB, and a Bachelor's degree in Physics and Chemistry from the Faculté des Sciences Mathématiques, Physiques et Naturelles de Tunis, along with a Baccalaureate in Mathematics.
