Hemant Bhasin is an experienced professional in analog design, currently serving as Director/Architect at Enphase Energy since August 2022. Previous roles include MTS/Sr Manager at ON Semiconductor, where leadership was provided in building R&D teams and executing the design of critical analog blocks for next-generation image sensors. Hemant has also worked as Principal Design Engineer at Infinera, focusing on high-speed ADCs for optical networks, and as Sr Principal Engineer at Cadence Design Systems and MegaChips Corporation, contributing to analog frontend systems. Additional experience includes designing cellular product components at Qualcomm and developing WLAN products at Texas Instruments. Hemant holds a BTech in Electronics from Guru Nanak Dev University.
