Laura-Sofie Schneider has a solid background in HR and People Operations. Laura-Sofie started as an Internal Recruitment Consultant, then moved on to roles as Learning and Development Consultant and Teamleader Internal Recruitment, Learning & Development at Eurostaff - Connecting Europeâ„¢. Laura-Sofie then progressed to Lead People Operations HR at home24 SE, where they worked until 2023. Currently, they are the Head of People Operations at Enpal.

Laura-Sofie Schneider obtained their Bachelor's Degree in BWL with a focus on Wirtschaftspsychologie from SRH Berlin University of Applied Sciences in 2014. Subsequently, they completed their Diploma in Personalreferent with a specialization in Personalleitung/Personalverwaltung from bbw Hochschule in 2016.
