Adam DeBosier is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in the medical device industry. Currently serving as a Sr Staff Engineer at Enovis, Adam previously founded Synertia Medical, where duties included acting as Principal Engineer. Adam's career includes significant leadership roles such as Executive VP of Innovation and Commercialization and Director of Product Development at WishBone Medical, Inc., as well as holding the position of Senior Product Development Engineer at Treace Medical Concepts, Inc. Early in the career, Adam worked as a Product Development Engineer and Product Design Engineer at Exactech, focusing on Foot and Ankle solutions. Adam holds a Master of Engineering degree in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from Boston University and is currently pursuing a Certificate in Disruptive Strategy from Harvard Business School.
