Rachel Kowalski is a professional with extensive experience in project management and customer service. Currently serving as a Project Supervisor at Enova Power Corp. since September 2022, Rachel manages a team focused on the integration of Customer Information Systems. Previous roles include Billing Supervisor at the Waterloo Regional Artistic Swimming Club and contributions to the Oracle Project Implementation Team at Kitchener-Wilmot Hydro Inc., where Rachel supported the development and enhancement of Oracle-based software for utilities. With a background as a Canadian National Team athlete in synchronized swimming, Rachel boasts impressive competitive achievements and is actively pursuing a Master of Business Administration at the University of Fredericton, following a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Waterloo and studies at Concordia University.
