Waun Hughes is a seasoned professional in facilities management with a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Leadership from Indiana Institute of Technology. Currently serving as a Senior Manager of Facilities at Enova International since December 2021, Waun previously held the position of Workplace Services Manager at Nike's Chicago HQ, overseeing all aspects of facilities management, real estate, and security policies. Prior experience includes tenure as Regional Facilities Manager for Sodexo, managing operations for multiple public schools, and as Facilities Zone Manager at Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis, where initiatives were implemented to boost employee morale and enhance cleanliness standards. Waun also gained early experience in retail management through an internship at Von Maur, which involved customer relations and team supervision.
