Henk Kraaijvanger has extensive experience in operational roles within various industries, currently serving as a Shiftleader at ENOUGH since April 2022. Prior to this, Henk worked at Cargill from June 2016 to April 2022 as a Waste Water Operator, responsible for monitoring and operating water treatment processes, troubleshooting, and conducting water quality analyses. Additional experience includes a role as a Miniplant Operator at The Dow Chemical Company, focusing on product development in the Polyolefins sector, and serving as a Senior Operator at Philip Morris International. Henk's career began with positions at Hoppe feuilleté B.V. and multiple agencies as an Operator. Educational achievements include an MBO-4 in Levensmiddelentechnologie from AOC Midden & Oost Brabant and various incomplete studies in related fields.
