Crystal Pike has worked in the Quality Assurance field since 2000. From 2000 to 2006, they worked as a Help Desk Analyst at Lifespan Corporate Services. In 2006, they began working as a Software Quality Assurance Analyst at Magnolia Data Share - USM. From 2009 to 2013, they worked as a Sr. Quality Assurance Analyst at Global Financial Aid Services, Inc., where they conducted manual testing for Functional, Regression, End-to-End, and User Acceptance Testing, in order to identify defects and eliminate risk. From 2013 to 2018, they worked as a Senior Software Quality Assurance Engineer at Regent Education, where they served as a Subject Matter Expert and developed, managed, and delivered multiple test documents for venture capital projects. Currently, they are the Director of Quality Assurance at Enosix, where they write user stories, creates workflows, diagrams, and mock-ups, and creates, organizes, and maintains test cases.
Crystal Pike has a long and varied educational history. Crystal obtained their Bachelors Degree in Science of Information Technology from South University Online between 2012 and 2016. Prior to that, they earned an Associates Degree in Computer Servicing from the New England Institute of Technology between 1996 and 1998. In 2003 and 2004, Crystal completed the Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator Program from the University of West Florida. Most recently, they have completed certificates from Trailhead by Salesforce, Udemy, and Agile Mentors - Mountain Goat Software. Crystal is also in the process of obtaining the Jira Fundamentals Badge from Atlassian, which is expected to be completed in July 2022.
