Alex Freeland is an experienced finance professional with a career spanning over a decade across various leadership roles. Currently serving as Director at Enonkishu Conservancy since August 2018, Alex Freeland has previously held the positions of Director of Corporate Finance & Strategy and Acting CFO at Komaza from November 2020 to January 2024, as well as Senior Manager in the same department. Alex Freeland's earlier roles include Transaction Leader at Open Capital and Manager at Arcadia Growth, along with being Finance and Strategy Lead at Mara Beef Limited and a Volunteer Consultant at Grow Movement. Alex Freeland began the professional journey at EY in Transaction Advisory Services, followed by a brief internship at Grant Thornton LLP. Alex Freeland holds a Chartered Accountant designation from ICAS and a BSc in Natural Sciences from Newcastle University.
