Norman Hayes (Rear Admiral, United States Navy, Retired) is currently serving as Professor for the Master’s degree Cybersecurity Studies program, College of Professional Studies, George Washington University and is CEO of Deep Futures Consulting, LLC.

As a former Executive Vice President of Cybersecurity and Intelligence for two Alexandria, VA based companies, Mr. Hayes exercised broad authorities for contract management, business development, software development and growth strategies. He also served for three years as President, Naval Intelligence Professionals Charitable Foundation. As an Admiral he served as Director of Intelligence, United States European Command, and as the Director of the National Security Operations Center at the National Security Agency. Other career highlights include: Commanding Officer, Navy and Marine Corps Intelligence Training Center; Director of Intelligence, Combined Forces Command – Afghanistan; Executive Assistant to Director of Naval Intelligence, and Assistant Chief of Staff, Intelligence, Commander Seventh Fleet.
