Chief Financial Officer Victoria Raabe joined the Pratt Library in June 2018. She is responsible for the overall financial health and direction of the Library and the management of its fiscal planning, internal control environment, daily fiscal operations, payroll, and financial reporting. In this role, Victoria continues to work towards the modernization of standing processes, including City of Baltimore's transition to a modern ERP, Workday, and fiscal stability to ensure the Library continues to provides services for the next 100+ years to come.
Prior to this role, Victoria was Senior Manager of International Accounting with Baltimore-based Lutheran World Relief, an organization focused on tackling global poverty. She has also previously served as an Audit Manager, specializing in non-profit clients in the DC and Baltimore area concentrating on financial reporting, grant management and compliance.
Victoria takes pride in working at a mission driven organization, the passion that the entire organizations brings to work everyday, and knowing that the work we do supports the entire state, their neighbors, and community.
Victoria holds a Bachelors of Science with Special Attainments in Commerce from Washington and Lee University and maintains an active CPA license in the State of Maryland.
