Maksim Melnik's work experience includes various roles in different companies. Maksim started as a System Administrator at Lumex Instruments in April 2017 and worked there until February 2018. Maksim then joined MegaFon as a Core Network Engineer in February 2018 and later became a Senior Core Network Engineer in July 2019. Maksim worked at MegaFon until August 2020.

In August 2020, Maksim joined YOTA as a Business Intelligence Developer. Maksim was responsible for working with DWH, developing ETL/ELT pipelines, creating and refactoring dashboards in Tableau, and administering Tableau Server, Grafana, and Splunk services. Maksim worked at YOTA until March 2022.

After leaving YOTA, Maksim worked as an ETL Developer at Symfa from March 2022 until November 2022. Currently, they are employed as a Data Engineer at ennabl, starting from November 2022.

Maksim Melnik obtained their Master's degree in Information Technology from Saint Petersburg State University of Industrial Technologies and Design, from 2009 to 2014. In addition to their degree, they also obtained certifications in MySQL for Data Analytics and Business Intelligence from Udemy in June 2022, and SQL (Advanced) from HackerRank in April 2022.
