Lovro Gasparac currently serves as the Head of M&A Legal at ENNA/PPD since June 2022. Prior to this role, Lovro worked as Legal Counsel at Rimac Automobili from December 2021 to June 2022. Lovro's extensive experience includes a significant tenure at Šavorić & Partners where positions held ranged from Junior Partner to Partner over an eight-year period. Additionally, Lovro began a legal career as an Associate at Gugic & Kovacic from July 2010 to October 2013. Lovro holds a Master of Laws (LLM) in International Business Law, cum laude, from Tilburg University, and a Master of Laws (mag. iur.) from the University of Zagreb.
