Alison Yarwood is an experienced professional with a strong background in training, development, and organizational performance within the utilities and communications sectors. Currently serving as the Manager of Field Performance at ENMAX since April 2022, Alison oversees training, work methods, and safety initiatives for field personnel. Previously, Alison held key roles at Pembina Pipeline Corporation and Shaw Communications, where responsibilities included talent management, learning strategy, and program development. As a member of The Future If Community since December 2017, Alison engages with business leaders and futurists to explore emerging technologies and ideas. Alison's educational credentials include a Bachelor of Education from The University of Lethbridge and a Bachelor of Arts from Mount Royal University.
