Spencer Gerke has extensive experience in procurement and sales within the healthcare sector, currently serving as the Director of Procurement at Enlivant since February 2014. In this role, Spencer is responsible for developing and implementing purchasing policies, providing expert advice on purchasing and contracting decisions, and negotiating large-scale purchases for 200 Assisted Living Communities across 20 states. Prior to Enlivant, Spencer held the position of Director of Sales & Marketing at Econocare, Inc. from October 1990 to June 2013, where strategic sales and marketing programs were developed for a Group Purchasing Organization focused on the long-term care industry. Spencer holds a B.S. in Business Administration with a Comprehensive Major in Marketing from Northern Illinois University.
