David Ramsey is a seasoned safety professional with extensive experience in health, safety, and environmental (HSE) management across various sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Safety Specialist at EnLink Midstream since December 2015, David provides EHS support to multiple plant facilities and field operations. Previously, David worked as an Inspector for Progressive Safety Innovations, LLC, focusing on site safety inspections in the DFW metroplex. David’s career also includes roles as an HSE Advisor at Quicksilver Resources and Patterson-UTI Drilling Company, where responsibilities included mentoring teams and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. David's technical background is supported by a variety of certifications and training in HSE, well control, and mechanical engineering.
