Jeremy Kroemer has extensive experience in the field of agrochemical discovery and insect control. Jeremy has worked as a Principal Scientist/Entomologist for Enko since 2023. Prior to that, they held roles at Bayer and Monsanto, where they led projects on the discovery and advancement of novel insecticides, nematicides, and fungicides. At Bayer, they also focused on exploring non-conventional modalities for crop protection, such as RNA, biologics, peptides, and PROTACs. Before joining the industry, Jeremy worked as a Post-Doctoral Research Scientist at Iowa State University and the USDA Agricultural Research Service, where they conducted research on insect pest control and behavioral genetics. Jeremy also gained experience as a Senior Research Scientist at ParaTechs Corporation. Jeremy has a strong background in experimental design, team leadership, and strategic planning in the field of agrochemical discovery.
Jeremy Kroemer completed a Bachelor's degree in Molecular Biology at the University of Nebraska at Kearney from 1997 to 2001. Jeremy then pursued a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Entomology at the University of Kentucky from 2001 to 2006.
