Thomas Schmidt is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as an Executive Board Member at enkelfähig since November 2023, Thomas also holds the position of Chairman of the Supervisory Board at TAKKT Group since May 2021. Previously, Thomas was the CEO of Franz Haniel & Cie. GmbH from January 2017 to November 2023, and held various leadership positions in major companies including CWS Group, TE Connectivity, SABIC Innovative Plastics, and GE. Thomas holds a Master's Degree in Plastics Engineering from the Technical University of Applied Sciences Würzburg-Schweinfurt, obtained between 1992 and 1996.
