Sedat Onat serves as the Purchasing and Logistics Manager at ENKA Ä°nÅŸaat ve Sanayi A.Åž., with a current focus on the Yandex Headquarters Project since March 2021. With extensive experience in purchasing and logistics management across various significant projects, Sedat has demonstrated exemplary skills in vendor sourcing, including the establishment of connections with over 2,500 vendors, alongside the implementation of innovative processes such as bi-weekly concrete tenders and zero-paperwork operations. Sedat has also contributed to data management and reporting through the creation of comprehensive Power BI and Excel reports that enhance operational visibility and performance tracking. Sedat's previous roles have included project management in various sectors, underscoring a robust career spanning over two decades in the engineering and construction industry. Educationally, Sedat is pursuing a degree in Business Administration and Management at Anadolu University.
