Sophie Shennan is an accomplished professional currently serving as Operations Manager and People and Culture Manager at Enjoy Education since August 2021. In this dual role, Sophie leads initiatives in wellbeing events, team training, and the optimization of systems and policies to enhance workplace experiences. Prior experience includes roles such as Communications Manager, Content and Brand Manager, Senior Campaign Executive, and Campaign Executive at Seven Hills, as well as Head of Media and Publicity at Effective Altruism Cambridge, where Sophie managed publicity efforts.
