Brian Honan is the owner and founder of BH Consulting, established in August 2004 to deliver expert business guidance and technical solutions to enhance organizational performance and revenue. In addition to leading BH Consulting, Brian serves as a member of the Advisory Group for the European Union Agency for Cybersecurity (ENISA), a lecturer at University College Dublin focusing on "Leadership in Security," and a lecturer at the European Centre on Privacy and Cybersecurity (ECPC). As the founder and CEO of the Irish Reporting And Information Security Service, Brian pioneered Ireland's first Computer Emergency Response Team. Further contributions include advisory roles with multiple organizations, including SafeGuard Cyber and SANS Securing The Human, where Brian offers insights on cybersecurity and data protection practices. Brian's educational background includes a diploma in Industrial Relations from the National College of Ireland.
