Pietro Gaddi has extensive experience in human resources and management, currently serving as Senior Vice President of HR Planning, Labour Cost, and HR Management Services at Eni since July 2013. Prior to this role, Pietro held the position of Vice President for Education & Training at eni corporate university from March 2012 to July 2013, and also served as Vice President for Foreign Labour Law and Disputes at eni corporate until July 2013. From February 2007 to October 2010, Pietro was involved in HR Planning, Optimization and Reporting, as well as HR Management & Industrial Relations Manager for Eni in Milan. Pietro Gaddi earned a degree from Università Bocconi between 1985 and 1990.
