Francesca Rizzitano currently serves as the Office COO for Energy Evolution at Eni, a position held since December 2022. Prior to this role, Francesca worked at Syndial as an Ingegnere ambientale from September 2018 to December 2022, focusing on remediation and decommissioning techniques. Before that, Francesca was employed by Montana S.p.A. as an Ingegnere ambientale in the remediation sector from May 2017 to September 2018, having begun their career with an internship in the same field at Montana S.p.A. Francesca holds a Laurea magistrale and a Laurea triennale in Ingegneria per l'ambiente e il territorio from Politecnico di Milano, completed in 2017 and 2014, respectively, and has a background from Liceo Scientifico, graduating in 2010.
