James Cripps has extensive work experience in the IT support and solutions industry. James began their career at Harmoni ITS as a Level 2 Support Engineer from April 2006 to May 2007. Following that, they joined iMeta Technologies Ltd. as a Systems Administrator from May 2007 to May 2009, where they were responsible for managing user support, communications, and software/hardware improvements.
In 2009, James joined Enhanced - IT Support & Solutions and held various roles within the company. James started as a Technical Engineer from July 2009 to May 2010, where they gained experience in managing infrastructure and providing technical support. James then moved on to become a Senior Infrastructure Consultant from May 2010 to April 2012, where their responsibilities included managing a team, designing and implementing infrastructure projects, and providing technical pre-sales consultancy.
From April 2012 to June 2016, James served as the Head of Infrastructure at Enhanced, taking on additional responsibilities such as managing infrastructure solution delivery, key account management, and product strategy. James also developed and maintained relationships with suppliers and played a crucial role in new business sales.
Following that, James held the position of Operations & Technical Director at Enhanced from June 2016 to March 2021, where they contributed to the overall operational management of the company. James then became the Chief Operating Officer from March 2021 to April 2022, further showcasing their leadership abilities in overseeing the company's operations.
Currently, James holds the role of CEO at Enhanced - IT Support & Solutions, a position they assumed in April 2022. This position reflects their extensive experience and knowledge in the industry, as well as their ability to lead and manage a company.
James Cripps attended the University of Essex from 2001 to 2004, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Business Management.
