Daniel Kiesling's work experience includes serving as the Director of Geospatial Operations at England-Thims & Miller, Inc. since 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Germfree from 2017 to 2023, first as the Director of Project Management and then as the Director of Client Services. At Germfree, they oversaw the project management and service teams, implemented goals and KPIs, and focused on exceptional client service. Before that, they served as the Head Basketball Coach at DME Sports Academy in 2018 and as a Campus Outreach Intern at Campus Outreach from 2016 to 2017. Daniel also gained experience as a Structural Engineer Intern at United Airlines in 2015.

Daniel Kiesling holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, specializing in High Performance Vehicles, obtained from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University from 2011 to 2016. Daniel further pursued a Master's Degree in Business Administration, with a specialization in Finance, at the same university from 2015 to 2017. In addition to their academic achievements, they obtained a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in November 2022.
