Jiro Guillen has work experience in various roles and companies. In 2021, they worked for Engineers In Action as a Project Manager, where they collaborated with multiple universities and designed a pedestrian suspension bridge in Bolivia. Jiro also served as a Safety Manager during that time. In 2022, they joined the University of Delaware as a Design Studio Teacher Assistant and later became an MEEG102 (Computer Aided Design) Teacher Assistant.

Jiro Guillen attended San Ignacio de Recalde School from 2009 to 2020 where they obtained their High School Diploma. From 2021 to 2025, they pursued a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Delaware.
