Jay Hess has extensive experience in engineering and project management, currently serving as an Assistant Project Manager at EEI since November 2021, following a lengthy tenure at Johnson Controls from March 2007 to November 2021, where roles included Systems Engineer and Building Automation System Designer. Prior experience also includes a position as an Application Engineer at Commercial Control Services, Inc. from March 2004 to March 2007. Jay Hess holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from The Ohio State University, obtained between 1998 and 2003, and graduated with honors from Northmont High School.
