Nikki (Woodward) Scalia, P.E. is an experienced Geotechnical Engineer currently employed at Engineering Analytics, Inc. since May 2016. Prior to this role, Nikki worked as a Geotechnical Engineer at Kleinfelder from January 2012 to May 2016 and began professional experience as a Geotechnical Staff Professional at the same company from July 2007 to December 2009. Academic contributions include serving as a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where focus was on investigating thermal resistivity in unsaturated soils relevant to wind energy and geothermal applications. Nikki has also contributed to teaching as a Teaching Assistant in the undergraduate Soil Mechanics course and co-authored a research article during an undergraduate research assistantship at Bucknell University.
